Itinerary can be changed due to weather . If we can't reach some destinations due to bad weather, disaster, closed due to extraordinary event, or other causes beyond our control, then participant has no right to ask for compensation.
If there is a cancellation of tour event by the participant before the date of departure, then the cancellation fee is as follows :
- Down payment is 30% of the total tour fee, non refundable
- 30-15 days before date of departure : 50% of the total tour fee
- 14 - 7 days before date of departure : 75% of the total tour fee
- 6 - 0 days before date of departure : 100% of the total tour fee
Cancellation made by TPK48 Tours and Travel due to natural disasters, war, disease outbreaks, terrorist acts, or other force majeure circumstances, then the refund of the tour fee will be adjusted tho the policies or related parties that have received payment, such as lodging and speedboat rental.
Registration made 15 days before departure must be paid in full If a potential participant is unable to attend/ sick before the scheduled departure date, the refund will be refer to the cancellation clause unless the participant can find a replacement participant.
